- Once you have registered you will receive a communication from our route service support team. They will go over each detail and answer any questions you may have.
- Upon first visit, a personalized Tide Cleaners laundry bag will be delivered directly to your home as a convenient way to provide us with your clothing items for future pick-ups.
2. Bag clothes and receive pick-up
- New guests can leave a note & their clothes in a temporary bag with the personal info used to sign up for service (Name, Phone, Address, Email).
- Place your bag with clothes to be cleaned out at your predetermined location, which is usually your front door.
3. Clean clothes hand delivered with care
- Our trusted route service specialists will leave your clean clothes on your front door or the location of your choice.
